Charles Chibueze, a Nigerian singer better known by his stage name Crayon, has corrected a Burna Boy fan who criticized him on the microblogging site Twitter for backing Wizkid.
Big Wiz received a congratulations message from Crayon after he over the weekend shut down the Tottenham Hotspur stadium in London.
He shared a photo of the ‘Joro’ crooner at the stadium and tweeted; “Biggest congratulations biggest blessings! biggest bird! ? ???”
But a tweep with handle @anoutsider4L criticised him for openly hailing Wizkid and denigrating remark about how he will continue to be an upcoming artiste for years.
“Na why you be upcoming for four years. Thrxat gxat”
In response, Crayon told him that as a fan of Burna Boy, one would have expected that he would understand the concept of God’s time being the best . The ‘Ijo’ crooner then declared that he is on his way to take over.
“You’d think a Burna fan would understand God’s time. I’m coming for everything,” he tweeted.
Wizkid made history with his “More Love Less Ego” concert at the 60,000-capacity Tottenham stadium which took place on July 29, 2023.
