Chacha Eke, an actress, has discussed how her mental health issues affected her relationship with her mother.

During today’s celebration of her parents’ birthday, Chacha thought about how she grew to dislike and despise her mother.

She conceded to having dreams and fantasies that went with her happiness, and deplorably, numerous righteous men cautioned her after various man!c encounters that her mom was after her life.

As a result, she went about wishing her mother’s death until she realized that she had dysfunctional thought patterns and beliefs that made her favorite into her least favorite.

This is a video of my biological mother and me. When I was younger, I had an intense love for her.

“She was, regardless is my closest companion. However, as I got older, I started to dislike and hate her deeply.

“My euphoria was bolstered by the nightmares and hallucinations I had.

“Unfortunately, numerous men of God informed me that she was after my life after a number of man!c episodes.

“So I went about saying horrible things about her and wishing her death.

“Looking back now at my mental health challenges and journey, it’s laughable to know that those dysfunctional thought patterns and beliefs of mine were a disorder, a chemical reaction in the brain waves that switches your “most favorite” to “your least favorite”.

“Dear reader, many people have been emotionally torn apart from their loved ones due to underlying mental conditions.

“They’d come up with all sorts of negative stories to back up their disillusioned claims.

“Thankfully, there are pills for those weird inexplicable feelings…

“Today is my mother’s birthday and I’m grateful to have realized it was all a sickness in my head while she’s still alive.

“I love you deeply Mommy. You’re a blessed woman. 9 Grandchildren and still counting.

“Mental illness or not, Momma raised a Queen”, the post reads.
