Joeboy has taken a philanthropic initiative by establishing free bus services in Lagos to assist residents with their transportation requirements. This was done in an effort to alleviate the difficulties brought on by the removal of the fuel subsidy and the subsequent increase in fuel prices.

In a tweet, Joeboy announced the news, stating that it was his way of assisting others during these trying times.

The drive is named after his sophomore task, ‘Body and Soul’, which was as of late delivered in May.

The free transport administrations will be accessible for three days, working from 8 am to 5 pm.

“I know the fuel subsidy p is hard on everyone right now so here’s my little way of helping.

“For the next 3 days, there will be FREE Body & Soul buses along the following routes between 8am and 5pm,” he tweeted.

Prior to launching this initiative, Joeboy had expressed empathy for individuals who were struggling to afford the high cost of fuel.

In a previous tweet, he highlighted the unfortunate reality of people having to spend their entire salaries on fuel and expressed his desire to find a way to assist them.

“It’s crazy that people are spending their entire salary just to buy fuel. I wish there was a way to help a bit,” he tweeted.
