From 21 to 24 November, 2021 at Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai UAE, investors, government leaders, thought leaders, entrepreneurs, business executives came together for the FIN WOMEN AFRICA-UAE Trade & Investment Forum Awards & Exhibition under the theme: The Way to a Prosperous Women of Africa Brand.

The event was organized by Foreign Investment Network (FIN) under the leadership of Her Excellency, Mrs. Olayinka Fayomi (Chairman of FIN).

Dr. Javnyuy Joybert was a panel speaker at the Forum accompanied by other business leaders like Yuro Ty, CEO of Trit Group, Dr. Ruwadzano Matsika, Analyst for the Quadrature Climate Foundation, Linda Sakr, Founder, Keyani Wellness & Holistic Psychologist UAE and Dr. Ahmed Salawa, Chairman Signiiture Group Real Estate & Investment. With the main keynote address coming from Her Excellency, Hoor Mohammad Noor Al Khaja – Associate Vice President, International Operations, Dubai Tourism.

Dr. Javnyuy Joybert shared on how disrupting old cultural patterns will enhance the role of women in economic dominance, he also shared on the role of upskilling and reskilling among women will enhance their abilities to compete in the marketplace.
