Mbappe scores brace as France defeat Poland 3-0 to book their Quarter finals spot.

Olivier Giroud made history in the match as he scored to become France highest international goalscorer of all time with 52 goals, surpassing Thiery Henry.

France will play the winner of England and Senegal match in the Quarter finals.

Poland came close to scoring in the first half as Lewandoski had his shot cleared off the line by Raphael Varane.

Giroud opened the scoring for France just before the break. Mbappe spotted Giroud unmarked on the edge of the box with a beautiful through ball and Giroud made no mistake as he carefully placed the shot to the bottom right corner.

Mbappe doubled the lead for France in the 75th minute. After receiving a on the left side of the pitch from Dembele, Mbappe sent in a rocket of a shot to the top left corner.

Mbappe got France third of the evening in the 90th minutes with another Rocket to the top right corner, scoring his fifth goal of the tournament.

Lewandoski scored the last goal of the match at 90+9 minutes
