Barcelona legend Samuel Eto’o is just one of the many Barcelona fans who are worried about the club’s recent poor form.

Eto’o represented Barcelona between 2004 and 2009, scoring 130 goals in 199 appearances, and the 40-year-old has admitted that he has struggled to watch the La Liga outfit this season.

“Recently, Barcelona have made me suffer,” Eto’o said at Festival dello Sport di Trento. “These are tough times for those of us who love the club. It would be hard to accept group stage elimination in the Champions League. I still hope they can go through.”

Barcelona currently sit second in their group needing a win against benefica to book their qualification ticket.
