TotalEnergies AFCON Case study on Kimbi blog

Africa’s leading Energy & Fuel Company, TotalEnergies launched an online campaign during AFCON 2021 as it was a sponsor of the 2021 season which was played in Cameroon (2022). They wanted Cameroonians and the world at large to know more about their newly added services and new name ( changed from Total to TotalEnergies ).

Their main objective was to make their brand more visible and we understood what they wanted and we strategized on how we will place their contents on our platform which delivered awesome results for the period of two weeks

Below are the different formats we activated for them.

Social media promotion ( Facebook, Instagram & Twitter )
– Website pinned posts

Facebook promotion.
For the promotion we did TotalEnergies on Facebook, we used three ways since it was before the official start of the tournament. During the city trophy tour, we will go live on Facebook page and show our followers what’s going on at the different stations we visited, while we record videos of mola and some entertaining moments and repost later for those that were not live to watch.

2) As one of the most visited entertainment website in Cameroon, we used different tools to make the brand more visible as at the end of every tour day, we put up a summary article of what happened during the tour day and pin the post at the top of our Homepage
