Your missions
Create and / or roll out the commercial strategy;
Analyze the sales and marketing strategy defined by management and implement an action plan in the areas concerned;
Lead and lead the sales force;
Master the commercial discourse and sales supports;
Set individual goals and follow them;
Establish a prospecting plan (physical travel, telephone exchanges, mailing, etc.) which should allow you to achieve the objectives that will be set;
Develop and boost sales of our services in defined areas;
Ensure the management of its customer portfolio;
Prospect and convert customers;
Market technical services in B to B and B to C;
Develop and promote our services;
Develop turnover in the sectors that will be entrusted to you;
Build customer loyalty by listening and quality monitoring in the field;
Evaluate, identify the actions to be carried out according to each client;
Ensure the reporting of its activity (daily, weekly or monthly);   Provide after-sales service;
Ensure the old competitive;
Work in accordance with the values ​​of SHRLOMEN to strengthen our brand image;
Perform all other tasks assigned by the administration.
Skills :

The following qualities, skills and knowledge are highly desirable:

Pragmatism: knowing how to be in line with objectives and constraints
specific to the company;

Ability to dialogue and negotiate with all departments and with suppliers;
Ability to solve problems;
Being bilingual (French / English) is an asset.
Experience:

Experience: minimum 1 year in a similar position;
Minimum level of study: Bac + 2/3 in marketing, commercial action, commerce, communication or in a similar field.
