Tekno, a multitalented Nigerian singer-songwriter and record producer, has released the socially conscious single “Freetown” in advance of the general election that will take place in Nigeria tomorrow, February 25, 2023.
On ‘Freetown’, Tekno features a portion of the cruel circumstances the Nigerian public are compelled to live with. He also speaks out against the people who spread these harsh conditions. Sierra Leone is a freetown, yet individuals no dey see chow,” the vocalist spills his guts on the Xtofa-delivered record.
Freetown is Tekno’s first solo offering for the year, a follow-up to his previous single, Pay which was released back in October 2022.
