Burna Boy, a Grammy-winning Nigerian musician, has tied Davido’s mark for the highest-peaking African album on the Apple Music United States chart.

With his fourth studio album, “Timeless,” which peaked at Number 2 earlier this year, Davido already accomplished this accomplishment.

The highest-peaking African project in the history of the chart was shared by Davido’s ‘Timeless’ and Burna Boy’s most recent album, “I Told Them,” which debuted at Number 2 on the US Apple Music chart. Additionally, ‘I Told Them’ debuted at Number 2 on the European Apple Music Album list, marking the highest rank for an African production.

This accomplishment marks a progression for Burna Boy, as he surpassed his own record set by his 2022 album, ‘Love, Damini,’ which peaked at Number 3. Burna Boy’s ongoing success demonstrates his growing influence and popularity on the global music scene.
