A post that the governor of Lagos state, Jide Sanwo-Olu, shared regarding the election that was held in his state prompted Falz, a rapper and lawyer, to respond.
Award-winning rapper, lawyer, and actor Folarin Falana, more commonly referred to as Falz, posted a response to a post made by Governor Jide Sanwo-Olu following his re-election as governor of Lagos state.
Falz responded to the post in which Jide Sanwo-Olu expressed gratitude to the public for his reelection and claimed that the violence during the election in Lagos had limited and disenfranchised residents.
Sanwo-Olu posted:
Thank you Lagosians!I am deeply humbled and grateful for the overwhelming support and trust of the good people of Lagos State. I am honored to be re-elected as your Governor and pledge to continue to work tirelessly to deliver a better Lagos for all. Thank you for believing.
