Popular Nigerian Singer, Simisola Kosoko, basically known as Simi, has said that her Four-year education in a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Correspondence is certainly not a “waste.”
Simi get a Mass Communication degree from the esteemed Covenant University, yet threw her certificate to the side for music.
However, Simi has insisted that her degree “did not waste” despite not using the certificate or being engaged by any media firm.
Obviously, impressed by how she communicates through her music and social media, Simi took to her Twitter handle to brag, “At least my Mass Comm degree did not waste.”
Over the years, a cross-section of Nigerian entertainers who are lawyers, doctors, and engineers have come out to say they abandoned their academic qualifications to chase their passion in the entertainment industry.
