Wizkid, Tekno, and 1da Banton are among the featured musicians on the soundtrack of the third season of the famous TV show “Ted Lasso.”

The Nigerian idols are joined by musicians from all over the world, including American megastar Beyoncé, rapper Ice Cube, and the legendary Bob Dylan.

The 50-track soundtrack included songs like “Essence,” by Wizkid “Enjoy,” by Tekno and “No Wahala” by 1Da Banton.

Ifé, a Nigerian musician, also appears on the soundtrack with her song “Ozo,” which features Umu Obiligo.

The presence of Nigerian artists is obviously linked to the fact that one of the series’ key characters is from that country.

The Apple TV comedy Ted Lasso, which stars Jason Sudeikis as the charming and well-intentioned Coach Lasso as he works to uphold the reputation of fictitious Premiership club AFC Richmond, has gotten largely excellent reviews from both audiences and critics.

In the meantime, Wizkid has been spotted on a video shoot set which is said to be the set for the music video of Rexxie’s Abracadabra remix.

Rexxie posted a video of the BTS of the shoot on his Instagram page. However, he didn’t announce when this happened or when the video will be released.
