Rene Member also known as Gboy de vibrant is a Cameroonian artist who hails from Bamenda (Nkambe to be precise )

He is a professional Glass and aluminum technician locally known as welding while he dreams is to become a big music star in the future.

When he was between 4-5 years his dream was to go to school and become a doctor but unfortunately since his mother raced them Alone ( as a single mother). There became a time she couldn’t continue sponsoring his education and after primary school he was given to someone who promise to help him continue school.

Unfortunately this person didn’t keep his promise to G boy’s mother and sent him ( G boy) to go sell in his bar and while selling there he became so attached to music. Here he writes ” I was also playing the role of DJ there and that’s when I started being patienet about music and siad to myself I want to become a musician in the the future because when playing those music it was inspiring me “

The artistes who inspird him back then were the likes of Davido, Wizkid But when he started listening to the likes of Tzy Panchak and Oken the story changed as he began to see them as his mentors because of the message they always put in their songs.
