Chelsea and Inter Milan have agreed on a fee for lukaku which is believed to be around €114m as confiirmed by Fabrizio Roman.

Lukaku will now become the most expensive player in premier league history a record which was held by Jack Grealish after his €100m move to Manchester city this summer.

Lukaka joined chelsea in 2011 and left the club in 2014 after making just 15 appearances. Since then he has played for Westbrom, Everton, Manchester United and Inter Milan and has produced outstanding number for this clubs.

The 28 year old is believed to have signed a long term contract with €12m plus add ons salary. Lukaku was named the most valuable player in Serie A last season after a title(league) winning season with Inter Milan.
