Job Description
Main missions
Placed under the authority of the Director of Operations of the Route des Chefferies and under the operational responsibility of the Head of the Training Center, you will be in charge of implementing the communication policy of the DRC Training Center. . You also ensure the community management of its activities.Your missions consist of:

Propose a global internal and external communication strategy for the Training Center
Prepare and implement the annual communication plan in line with the overall strategy
Develop and distribute, in consultation with the head of the Center, monthly newsletters
Design and coordinate the production of communication tools and publications? Coordinate communication actions and manage relations with the press and the general public? Evaluate the annual communication plan and prepare assessments and reports.
Animate the pages of the Training Center on the Centre’s social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Whatsapp, etc.)
Required Skills
Relational, editorial and communication skills
Be bilingual (French-English)
Have a sense of creativity, diplomacy and organization, be responsive, have a sense of listening, analysis, management
Knowledge of the education and cultural sector is an asset
Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure; Sense of initiative and autonomy
Mastery of IT tools and social networks (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Internet …) – Experience in community management

Academic level: Minimum Bac + 3 in communication

Required experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
