What will Francis Ngannou make from the Tyson Fury fight?
The exact amount or details of the contract are not yet known but according to Ngannou’s manager, it will be a big pay day for Ngannou.
Speaking on that, Ngannou’s manager Martin told MMA journalist Ariel Helwani: “The bag is so big, he may just drop it on the way to the bank, let’s just say that.
“I don’t know what the haters are trying to say right now, but they’ll be proven wrong again, this is life-changing.
“This is exactly what we planned and visualised, so we’re happy.”
Martin was then asked whether Ngannou would be earning more than he did in all 14 of his UFC fights combined, and he replied: “Oh my god, by far, by multiples.”
“Just to make [this money] even while being champion, he would’ve had to fight multiple times just to [be in this ballpark].”
According to rumours, Francis Ngannou is set to make over $8 million when he takes on Tyson Fury in October.
Ngannou’s disclosed payout in his last UFC fight was $600,000 so he is set to earn over 13x that amount .
