Indomitable Lions midfielder Olivier Ntcham joins Aboubakar in Turkey as he signs for Samsunspor

Indomitable Lions midfielder Olivier Ntcham has signed for newly promoted Turkish Super League side Samsunspor on a three year deal.

The former Olympique de Marseilles player joins from Swansea, where he has been since 2021. The 27 Year old scored 12 Goals in 78 Appearances during his time at Swansea.

Olivier Ntcham has previously played at Professional level for Genoa, Celtic, Marseille and Swansea before now signing for Samsunspor. He has also played for Manchester City at Youth level.

In 2012, at the age of 16, Ntcham joined Manchester City’s Elite Development Squad for £730,000. Developing under City’s Football Development Executive Patrick Vieira, Ntcham’s potential was noticed by club manager Manuel Pellegrini, who included him on City’s pre-season tour of Australia in 2015. He signed his first professional contract at Manchester City before he was loaned out to Genoa with an option to buy.
