TRAINING ADVISOR at La Route des Chefferies Main missions
Placed under the authority of the head of the training center, you ensure the implementation of the training policy of the DRC.
Your main missions consist of:
Define, build and manage the skills development policy adapted to the challenges of employment in Cameroon
Analyze needs to establish training modules, write specifications, select external contributors to then evaluate the services
Ensure the quality of educational activities and develop skills benchmarks
Define selection and recruitment criteria and processes
Implement the recruitment and training plan
Ensure the implementation and coordination of training projects
Organize and lead educational meetings
Identify the needs of the heritage and culture sector and offer appropriate training
Orientation on the choice of training devices and budget optimization
Identify external funding and existing professional integration mechanisms
Support the professional integration of young people trained
Participate and lead meetings with the various actors of the project: reception structures, trainers, trainees, partners …
Participate in educational engineering, ensure the proper organization of training – Monitor training projects: evaluation, feedback, etc.
Good knowledge of the education sector, vocational training, human resource management and / or capacity building
Experience in training and management of training projects required
Knowledge of the legislation and regulations of vocational training
Mastery of training systems and administrative procedures
Knowledge of the cultural sector desired
Organizational skills, group leadership, sense of pedagogy and teamwork
Relational, editorial and communication skills, analytical skills
Fluency in English is an asset
Mastery of computer tools (Word, power point, Excel, Internet, etc.)
Mastery of continuous improvement tools
Sense of ethics and organization, openness, adaptability, resistance to stress, autonomy, rigor and desired listening.
Required profile :
Academic level: Minimum Bac + 4 in human resources, cultural development, social sciences, entrepreneurship, economics, or any other equivalent diploma.
Required experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
