His missions within the Company will be as follows:
• Record or enter computer data; • Word processing, writing or proofreading of mail; • Write minutes and meeting minutes; • Manage and update an information base; • Manage the agenda of the Service, take and organize appointments; • Ensure the preparation and the logistical organization; • Ensure administrative management and invoicing; • Take care of the follow-up of certain orders; • Creation and updating of various data; • Documentary research by sector; • Prioritize requests or information according to their urgency or priority; • Ensure the smooth running of services (orders, deliveries); • Ensure internal reporting on the achievement of results (staffing rate, margin released).

• Excellent basics in management (accounting, commercial management, management control); • Mastery of IT tools, in particular commercial and accounting management software; • Excellent interpersonal skills; • Excellent oral and written expression skills; • Ability to communicate on the web; • Bilingual (French, English); • Dynamic, organized and insightful; • The ability to work in a team
Academic and Professional Profile
• Have at least a Bac + 3 in one area of Management (Accounting, Finance, Commercial);
