Man Utd and PSG fans want their clubs to sign Vincent Aboubakar, after Besiktas excluded the player alongside four other players from first team activities.

 

Besiktas released an official statement yesterday, stating that five players; Eric Bailly, Vincent Aboubakar, Jean Onana, Valentin Rosier, Rachid Ghezzal will be out of the squad.

 

In a statement the club said: ‘Information from our club. 5 players from our Football A Team have been excluded from the squad.

 

‘Our Football Teams General Coordinator Samet Aybaba; He announced that Vincent Aboubakar, Valentin Rosier, Eric Bailly, Rachid Ghezzal and Jean Onana were excluded from the squad due to poor performance and incompatibility within the team.

 

‘Our work on the new staff structure continues. We respectfully present it to the public.’

 

The decision left many football fans stunned due to the fact that they have one of their best players this season, Vincent Aboubakar, included in the list.

 

Aboubakar has scored 11 Goals and registered 3 Assists in 22 Appearances with Besiktas this season. He has scored a total of 28 Goals and registered 7 Assists in 50 Appearances, since returning to the club in January.

 

Manchester United and PSG fans seeing the news, immediately started making demands for their club to sign Vincent Aboubakar, stating that the 31 Year-old is better than all their current strikers.

 

It’s worth recalling that Manchester United had a chance to sign Vincent Aboubakar before he joined Besiktas back in January, but the club rather decided to go for Wout Weghorst, who went on to have a disastrous spell at the club.
