After his club Angers refused to extend his contract, Stephen Bahoken is now without a club. The 30 year old striker had a less productive season with Angers, managing only 3 goals and 1 assist in 29 league appearances for Anger.

With the 2022 FIFA World Cup fast approaching, the forward will need a top club in order to guarantee his spot in Rigobert Song’s list.

Speaking to twitch in the show 7/7, the Lion explains that he wants to quickly find a new club in order to restart himself once again knocking on the doors of the selection.

“Why not continue in the French championship and then see what will be on the market. But it’s true that in November and December there will be the World Cup so my main thought is to stay in a really competitive championship to apply for a place, “said the 30-year-old striker.
