The semi finals of the Cameroon cup is set, PWD of Bamenda will take on Union de Douala while Coton sport of Garoua will take on Astres

Coton sport have been the winners in six editions and you can’t rule them out on winning a seventh.
Coton sport have been on a good form this season with their star man Lambert Aina scoring goals for fun. They are currently are topping their own group of the Elite one standings with 24 points from 13 games. They were also Cameroon’s Representatives in the CAF confederations cup where they managed to reach the semi finals before being Knock out by Algerian side JS Kabylie.

Their opponents Astres are having a not so good season winning only one of their last five matches and they currently sit second from bottom in group B of the Elite one standings with 15 points from 13 matches

PWD of Bamenda shocked the everyone last year when they were crowned Elite one champions.
Given that they just managed to survive relegation in the season before becoming champions. Who would have thought that they will go on to win the trophy the next season.
PWD of Bamenda currently sit fifth in Group A of the elite one standings after accumulating 21 points from 13 games.
They were Cameroon’s representatives in the CAF champions league this year but were narrowly knocked out in the first qualifying round by South African giants Kaizer chiefs who went on to play the finals.
You won’t bet against this side winning this year’s Cameroon cup giving that they have been brilliant under manager David Pagou

Their opponents Union de Douala have been a shadow of themselves. They currently sit second from bottom in group B of the Elite one standings with 10 points from 13 matches and have managed just one win their last 5 league matches
