Ulanda releases debut EP titled “Making Mama Makossa” featuring Locko and Teddy Beatz ( LISTEN)

Ulanda releases her first EP titled “Making Mama Makossa” made up of 8 songs with just 2 features .

This exciting music project gives an insight into ULANDA’s musical journey to becoming “mama makossa“, and lessons learnt growing up as a woman in Cameroon.

With a distinctive blend of makossa and other contemporary sounds, ULANDA has crafted 8 tracks that not only showcase her musical prowess but also pays homage to the country’s well-known genre, makossa; a genre close to her heart.

Each song on the EP is a masterpiece with either a story to tell or a campaign against social ills like domestic violence. The EP features other music artistes and well-known producers who are some of the finest in the art.

Featuring on Ulanda’s debut EP are Locko and Teddy Beatz. The producers who worked on the project include DJ Karl, Phillbill, Teddy Beatz, Sango Edi and McCoy TWAP.

Making Mama Makossa is not just an EP. Like its name, it is to show the kind of music that inspired ULANDA to get into music, who influenced her, and her journey to being who she is today as an artiste.

This project marks a significant milestone in her career. Fans and music enthusiasts are in for a treat. ULANDA invites you, music lovers and supporters of her works, to get ready to dance, sing along and immerse yourselves in Cameroonian music.

ULANDA came into the music scene in December 2020 with the release of “One day” and ever since then she has released 7 other songs. If you have been following ULANDA’s music keenly, you would know that she sings about a different theme every time she releases a song.
