News

Vincent Aboubakar is close to leaving Al Nassr this January for Turkish giants Besiktas. The 30 year old  has been linked with a move to many clubs lately.

Manchester United, Rayo Vallecano, Fernabace, Marseille and Besiktas have all been linked to the AFCON 2021 top scorer.

Aboubakar looked almost certain to joining Manchester United last week as a replacement for Ronaldo per dailsportsmail. The move now seems highly unlikely after the English Premier league giants announced the signing of Weghorst on a six months loan from Besiktas yesterday.

Besiktas are now looking towards Vincent Aboubakar as a replacement for the departing striker Weghorst. The Turkish press consider the deal as almost a done deal.

If Vincent Aboubakar joins Besiktas, this will be his third spell at the club. He first joined the Turkish side in 2016 on loan for one season from Porto and scored 12 goals in 33 appearances for them. His second spell at the club was in 2020 when he signed for them from Porto and went on to score 15 goals in 26 appearances before moving to Al Nassr in 2021.
