LET’S TALK ABOUT THE BRAIN BEHIND CAMEROON MUSIC, A PRODUCER [DIJAY KARL]

He goes by his stage name : Dijay Karl. He is a Record producer, songwriter and also a backup singer. He is from the North West Region of Cameroon [Kumbo]

Dijay Karl attended secondary school in GBHS Kumbo and later on went to the university of Buea and there he studied Sociology and Anthropology. When he was doing his master’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology the strike action disrupted him he dropped his master’s program in 2017 and then when to Douala to start up a new life there after working with the KBHOODMuzik. He strived to survive with nothing at hand and there he struggled and made his Studio with the name “Melodious Producer”

In 2018 he came up with first ever beat tapes by a Cameroon music producer ” the kribi way beat tape” and the “Yellow season beat tape” this projects created much engagement in the music industry and also made it easier for artist to collaborate with each other.

Dijay Karl has been consistent in his work over the past years and has finally made a name in the industry. He has contributed enormously behind the scenes of so many hit songs released in 2019.

In 2019 he produced about 23 Giant songs that had a great impact in the industry and also some EPs And after that he was voted the best producer of the year 2019.

Karl’s job as producer has brought the type of hits the industry needed and since this year began every month he drops hit songs. Songs produced by Dijay Karl like Mes respects by Blanche Baily, Holla Holla by Fhish and many others have featured in some magazines like the the “KESAMAGAZINE”. To know more about him
