Aboubakar opened the scoring for Cameroon in the second half added time after Aboubakar headed in a Mbekeli Ngom cross as Ederson could only watch the ball go in.
In the other group Match, Switzerland defeated Serbia 3-2 to qualify as the second placed team with six points while Serbia sit at the bottom of the group with one point.
Brazil will play South Korea in the knock out stage while Switzerland will face Portugal.
