Saturday football round up: Bundesliga and La liga final standings and statistics

Atlectico Madrid won the league after a dramatic matchday with Simeone winning his second La liga title since joining them. Atlectico Madrid went into the final fixture just needing a win to confirm their place as champions  as they are 2 points ahead of Real Madrid
