Victoria United is the Cameroon MTN Elite One Champions for the 2023/24 season.

Their 2-2 draw with Stade Renard means the South West-based club finishes the Playoffs at the top of the table with 13 points.

Coton Sport de Garoua finishes as the league runners-up with 10 points, while Stade Renard finishes third with 10 points.

Colombe FC finishes fourth with 9 points, while YOSA, who were deducted 3 points due to disciplinary sanctions by FECAFOOT, finishes in fifth place with 8 points.

Gazelle FA, Canon de Yaoundé, and Dynamo de Douala finish 6th, 7th, and 8th, respectively.

This is the first time the club has won the trophy in its 22 years history history. Opopo were promoted in from the South West Regional league in the 2021/22 season, went on to win the the MTN Elite Two in the 2022/23 season, and have now won the championship in their first time back in the top division since 2004.
