Choupo Moting will reunite with Thomas Tuchel who has been named the new Bayern Munich coach after the sacking of Julian Naggelsman

Bayern Munich has appointed Thomas Tuchel as their new head coach after sacking Julian Naggelsman.

The decision to sack Julian Naggelsman at this point of the season came as a shock to many fans as we are already in April. Bayern Munich current sit second in the Bundesliga one point behind first place Borussia Dortmund.

Thomas Tuchel who has been without a club since he was sacked by Chelsea earlier this season has been announced as the new Bayern Munich head coach.

Choupo Moting Reunion with Thomas Tuchel

Thomas Tuchel will be a familiar face for Bayern Munich and Cameroon striker Choupo Moting who was under the manager during his time at Mainz and PSG.

Choupo Moting spent four seasons at Mainz under Thomas Tuchel. Hel was also behind Choupo Moting’s transfer from Stoke City to PSG. Choupo Moting spent two seasons at the PSG before leaving for Bayern Munich in 2020.

Choupo Moting has been in superb form with Bayern Munich this season. He is Bayern Munich top scorer in all competitions with 17 goals.
