Indomitable Lions head coach Rigobert Song is  leaving the National team doors open for Andre Onana incase he wants to return to the National team.

Speaking in the prematch press conference ahead of Cameroon’s clash with Namibia tomorrow, Rigobert Song was asked about the possibility of Andre Onana returning to the National team

” The Door is still Open for Andre Onana to Join the National team ….. He has to know what he wants.. He is Currently one of the Best Goalkeepers the World” said the Indomitable Lions head coach

“In a group, there has to be discipline. Andre Onana is one of the best in the world in his domain and the national team remains open to him. He has to be conscious and respect collective rules, as that’s my priority.” He continued

Andre Onana announced his retirement from the national team earlier this year after an outburst with the Cameroon national team head coach Rigobert Song before their 2022 FIFA World Cup match with Brazil.

Andre Onana is currently one of the best Goalkeepers in the World at the moment.
He has the most saves in the Champions League this season and also the joint most clean sheets in the competition.
